It's time to get the boots out of the bag again. UCC RFC pre season starts on Monday 27th July. The plan for the first week is : Monday - Gym & Hills Tuesday - Field Session & Hydro Wednesday - Gym Thursday -Field Session All sessions start at 1830 in the Mardyke.

Proposed Club Consitution

Annual Rugby Ball

The annual UCC RFC Rugby Ball will take place on Saturday March 21st, in the Silver Springs Hotel. Tickets, €30 each, are now available from Ben Burns. This includes a three course meal, wine, tea and coffee. A special room rate is available on request from

Dr. Tom A. Barrett

Sad news from Canada was the recent report of the death of Dr. Tom Barrett who was a prominent and popular member of the club in the late 60’s early 70’s and indeed captained the club in 1970/71. This was an era when trophies were scarce but great fun was had by all and friendships made then
